Customer story

Miss G relied on 25 year old electric storage heaters to heat her home, which were expensive to run and inefficient. Miss G often couldn’t afford to put the heating on due to her high electricity bills.

The Warm Homes Hub were delighted to be able to replace Mrs G’s storage heaters with an A rated boiler and central heating system (plus free gas connection). This would have cost Miss G in the region of £4,000!

The central heating is gorgeous and the hot water is beautiful. I am over the moon.”

“I would recommend the scheme to others, I think it’s brilliant.”
