Grant income, such as from the National Lottery, played a huge role in establishing the National Civil War Centre. To say thank you, on Sunday 17 December, we're offering free entry to the National Civil War Centre to National Lottery players with a lottery ticket.



All you need is a purchased National Lottery ticket or proof of play for a National Lottery draw-based game or scratch card. One National Lottery ticket or proof of play per six adults is required and children aged under five get in free at all times. Your proof of ticket can be paper or digital. The draw or purchase date on the ticket isn't relevant.

THE OFFER 

English On 17 December 2017 the National Civil War Centre is offering free entry with a purchased National Lottery ticket or proof of play for National Lottery draw-based games or scratch card.

  • One National Lottery ticket provides free entry for 6 adults
  • Children under 5 get in free with an adult under all circumstances
  • All National Lottery games qualify for free entry, including tickets from any National Lottery draw-based game or National Lottery scratch card. Tickets/proof of ticket can be paper or digital
  • The draw/purchase date on the ticket is not relevant
  • The offer is valid on 17 December 2017 only. Please check the opening times of the Centre prior to setting out
  • The National Civil War Centre has the right to refuse entry in the unlikely event of venue reaching capacity, as well as unforeseen circumstances
  • Show your purchased National Lottery ticket or proof of play at our reception to gain free entry

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Free entry with a proof of purchase of a National Lottery ticket has no cash value. Each National Lottery ticket surrendered applies to the cost of entry only. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Not valid at Newark and Sherwood District Council event where a separate charge is made for attendance. Visitors must present their National Lottery ticket or proof of purchase at reception when they visit.
