This Christmas, ticket holders to Aladdin can get an extra dose of festive family fun for just one pound at the National Civil War Centre.
The Centre's school holiday programme is all about 400 Years of Father Christmas! Visitors will get the chance to make their own spectacular Santa decoration and follow a brand new festive trail around the museum.
The activities run from Saturday 22nd December to Sunday 6th January and are open to all visitors to the Centre but anyone who's been to see Aladdin at the Palace Theatre can visit for just one pound. Carys Coulton-Jones (Business Manager for Heritage, Culture and Visitors) said "we have thousands of families come to see the panto every Christmas and Aladdin is no different this year. We also know that keeping the family entertained over Christmas can be tough and so it seems like the perfect opportunity to give people an extra dose of festive fun for just a 'panto pound'!"
Sarah Clarke (Team Leader for Learning and Participation at the National Civil War Centre) added, "we run fantastic family activities every school holiday and with a brand new festive trail ready for this Christmas, we're looking forward to giving people a break from leftover turkey and repeats on TV!"
