Volunteering is an excellent way to improve your work skills, enhance your CV, make new friends, give back to the community and have fun. It can create a new interest or enrich existing ones.
You will always receive a very warm welcome, a friendly smile, potential to learn new skills and make new friends and acquaintances and supplies of tea, coffee and biscuits. Full training for any project you undertake will be given and rotas will be as flexible as possible to enable people to balance volunteering with their other commitments.
We would like to have from you commitment, time, energy and any skills and experience that you can share with us.
If you are interested in joining us please contact civilwarvolunteer@nsdc.info for further information, an application form and volunteer role description. Alternatively you can view the PDF here: Volunteer Role Description - Visitor Welcome (PDF File, 269kb)
